So my internet has been kindof weird lately. I often watch stream and/or youtube while downloading/uploading stuff with 2.3MB/s (Bandwith is 20/20) while watching streams and it runs smooth. but sometimes i can barely browse other sites while not downloading/uploading and the stream will lagg terribly. its just random and i dont know what might be causing this.

Any ideas forum?
