Know any good sites for tracking that?

Where are you seeing that? CNN has Graves up by 200ish votes with 78% reporting and the Star Trib has the same. Maybe they're just really slow at updating the site.

    I'm just looking at CNN.com and StarTribune.com.

One of my friends still in MN said he saw it on the local news. Well, he was whining about it, so I assume he thought it was official.

Republicans pretty much kept all their tea party gains in the house/senate.

If that's true, I think its to their detriment.

But... if they want to pander to the crazies...

Yup, but they missed a lot of opportunities. The Democrats now have a solid party majority.

I'm under the impression that most of the tea party gains were in the 2010 midterm elections and so aren't up for another couple years here...

The more exposure the crazies get, the more aware of how crazy they are the public will become. Or am I being too optimistic here?

Too optimistic. People are too willing to believe whatever they hear on the boob tube.

51 seats without the two independents.

Sure, but that was the case before too wasn't it?

Didactic -- it's the same as yesterday. Majority in the senate, minority in the house.

Dems appeared to have gained one senator, lost one governor and who knows what happens in the house.

Ah, I misread the numbers. Please to forgive.

But yes, the Republicans really missed a lot of potential seat gains in the Senate.

All of us concede that the house remains Republican. I think.

I don't care about governors. I'm not sure how familiar you are with US politics, but a Republican governor in my state would probably be run out in tar and feathers in southern states.

Let's all ride the Gish gallop.
