MWC it's still better from some encounters? Apart from Spine HC

Unfortunetly I still don't have the Cunning of Cruel, seems this trinket doesn't wanna drop... So I'm still running with MWC and WOU.

My question is: MWC can do a better performance then COC on stand still fights such Ultraxion?

I'm aware that MWC it's better for Spine HC progress, for burst tendons, but just on this specific fight?

Last but not least, COC LFR is beating MWC on Yor'Saj HC? Yesterday I did 52k on 25 men HC, with MWC equipped I wonder if it's best farm COC LFR only for this boss.

I simmed myself yesterday with LFR CoC vs MWC for an Ultraxion type fight, and LFR CoC was still an 1000 dps increase.

I would disagree, just because the lightning phase is so short that the time between a normal phase > lightning phase > normal phase is going to be less than two minutes.

I find it and Meta usually come off cooldown with no much time left on each (every other?) DPS phase so it's not worth popping it right away, but rather saving it until the next phase begins. Obviously it depends how quickly you can get through the downtime as to how viable you might consider it.

If it's a frost phase your meta will come off cd for when hag has the damage debuff, if it's a lightning phase it probably won't? I think we have a thread about this.

Also heroic yorsahj coc will beat out most trinkets because of it's aoe damage.
