[Movies] Just watched "Let the Right One in": 10/10; looking for more good horror

So I just finished watching this movie; it's incredibly good. Swedish vampire horror/romance with marginalization, horror, adolescent love, suspense, revenge and beautiful cinematography, and a hauntingly apt musical score. Very interesting characters; and I felt the child actors did an amazing portrayal of them.

I've seen a bunch of good horror movies so far:
    -Let me In
    -The Orphanage
    -The Innocents
-The Ring and the japanese original Ringu
    -The Blair Witch Project
    -Paranormal Activity
    -[REC]
    -Woman in Black (1989 original)

I'm looking for more GOOD horror that is actually scary and well-crafted. NOT horror comedy crap like drag me to hell, or stupid gore fest mainstream hollywood garbage like Saw; or the teen-horror/twilight crap.

Insidious. Kind of a rip off of Poltergiest but a fair bit better.

First horror movie that has genuinely scared me in over 30 years. Actually had to switch on a light about half way through :P

    Martyrs.

French horror flick that's about as bleak as it gets. Extremely violent, but done tastefully (that sounds weird, but if you watch it you'll understand). Even though it's violent enough to be classified as such, it's not torture porn because it pretty much casts the violence in an incredibly negative light. I think of it as a tool as an exercise in desperation.

Also, it's pretty much mandatory to watch the original Exorcist, The Omen, Disturbia and Poltergeist.

Kill List was eerie imo. Starts off as contract killer movie - but you notice something is weird when the hit targets say "thank you" before they get killed.

It just got more bleak: A U.S. remake from the producers of Twilight is in the works.

It'll probably have glitter and a Scooby Doo ending.
