    Can you drag the chat frame at all? Perhaps your chatframe is locked

    I think Leatrix Plus might have a feature to unclamp the chat frame from the edge of the screen. Not sure.

    Yes, I can move the chatframe. And sadly Leatrix Plus doesn't provide that option.
