Am I getting the correct performance?

So yeah I have a pretty high end PC, yet I don't think I'm getting the correct performance out of it. I can only pull 110-120 FPS in BF3 indoors and it drops to 80-90 FPS outdoors on high settings ( Not even Ultra ). I don't know how much I am "supposed" to get out of this PC but I think it should pull more. I just want to be sure that this is indeed under-performing or if it's just the average performance of this PC.

That is about what I get with the same processor and equivalent graphics(2xGTX570).
