Realm 1st level 25 guild!

About Exitium (Level 25 Guild):
We are a mature semi-hardcore guild and are seeking like minded players committed to progressing through content. The guild formed 3.5 years ago, during the Burning Crusade expansion and have toppled all tier 4-10 content including a number of notable Wrath achievements.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:
1. Class Knowledge - Understand your chosen class's strengths and weaknesses, including ideal spec, best choices for gemming/enchanting, comprehend gear decision making, as well as pending changes to your class. It goes without saying, that you are also expected to perform your role, including crowd control (as necessary), dispelling, interrupting, as well as being able to prioritize spell/ability rotation to maximize your performance and raid success.

2. Reliability - All raiders are expected to maintain a very high level of raid attendance, no less than 75%. In addition to raid attendance you are expected to be prepared for all encounters: this includes appropriate consumables, logging in timely, as well as learning AHEAD of time what each encounter entails.

3. Maturity - We do not accept players under the age of 18. We also expect our members to be able to accept constructive criticism, give constructive criticism and hold each other accountable for mistakes without dissolving into hysterics.

4. Desire to pursue Guild Achievements - Exitium is committed to pursuing guild leveling and achievements and we expect our future members to be committed to the same.
