Looking for something else to keep me busy while i mine on EvE.
I herd Weeds is like Breaking bad a little, and im wondering about Dexter. Any advice on these or a series similar to these.
If all else fails i might watch Eureka since i watched a bit of it in the past and enjoyed it.

Dexter is a must watch imo. I've only just started watching it, but my gosh, I'm addicted
The Walking Dead, possibly one of the best tv series airing atm. Returns to TV tomorrow in US.
True Blood, I know it's all vampires, but nothing like Twilight
plus if you want eye candy..
Heroes - but they've stopped making more series, so ends on a cliffhanger you will never know.

I 2nd everything on this list. Esp. The Wire. If you enjoyed The Shield I think you will like The Wire. It moves at a bit of a slower pace, but is simply amazing. Features alot of characters in that moral grey area like The Shield. Originally Posted by hellhamster

I cant get behind walking dead, iv seen several episodes and cant watch it without facepalming at the horrible decisions they make regarding survival and dealing with zombies. Also seen all of tera Nova, will check some of these out though.

Weeds is a pretty good show. I've actually watched all episodes through a few times now. It's nothing absolutely amazing but it's at least worth a watch. And to be fair, the episodes are short so it does go by quick even on the off chance you don't like it.

Good thread, I was also looking for TV shows like Game of Thrones/Sherlock (Shows Similar in terms of quality not necessarily genre)
For Comedy I'd recommend Archer, Arrested Development, IT crowd and Black Adder
