It's hard to vote for Touhou characters since they're never the villain after the game they were introduced in. Unless you're Kogasa. She's everywhere..

But Remilia and Flandre aren't really villains... Remilia just wants to be able to walk outside during the day (which she can do anyway, but that's besides the point), and Flandre is insane but not evil.

Other than the PC-98 characters like Mima and Shinki, the only real villain is Utsuho, and she's not particularly intelligent.

I always like the ones who are actually bad guys but still have some sense of honor. This one heals you up before you fight him because he wants to earn the victory instead of get some half-assed victory where he beats a party that's at half health.

What was Aizen's goal again? Something about a key we never saw and king who was never mentioned again?

It's hard to root for a villain like that.

Aizen aimed to create the key to the Royal Realm and basically overthrow/kill the Spirit King. He felt he was the most qualified instead of a leader that never even shows "its" self. For some reason he has some grudge against him and absolutely detests/hates him, as explained when he was angrily having a break down right after Ichigo defeated him to Urahara.

It's supposed to be explored in this arc, aka the final one for Bleach.
