Also if you use vuhdo for healing it will show it as well

Why do you want to see how much to heal? Won't the debuff icon go away once the person is healed upto the absorb value? I use the Blizz default raid frames and it shows me the debuff.. mouse over shows me ho much heals are needed still. Generally, with all the AoE heals that debuff goes away pretty fast.

I don't pay extra special attention to the debuff as long as I nourish or rejuv or wild growth around that person.
