While he really shouldn't have said anything and it was fairly racist, you can hardley say that a man who is 40-0 in professional boxing and has 6 lifetime defeats can only 'talk shit and not back it up'. I have yet to see or hear of any evidence that Pacquiao has of Mayweather dodging the fights.

Depends on what you consider less of a training regiment. I bet you he runs more than any MMA fighter and trains for more endurance seeing as the focus of boxing training is endurance and striking speed while the focus of MMA is strength and striking/kicking power. You are attempting to compare two entirely different training regiments.

Muhammad Ali used pretty much this tactic in what is often hailed as one of the greatest fights of all time, Ali himself often cited as the greatest of all time. Mayweather has adapted this tactic and used it fully to his advantage. You can't lose a fight if you don't get hit.

Back on to point: I think he does have a point, I get what he is saying about the issue, but he has worded it badly.
