My current guild has informed us that we are not going to stick together in any kind of serious manner after this week, as I want to raid seriously in MoP I am looking for another guild. I'd like to see what is out there right now in terms of recruitment, and I want to raid 25m only.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of offers, considering you have a Heroic: Madness weapon, but if you feel like slumming with a long-term, mature, and consistent guild, I'd ask you to consider Turbo Cyborg Ninjas. We're currently only 5/8 Heroic DS 25, but we've been raiding since Burning Crusade and now the oldest 25-man guild on a fairly busy server (US-Ner'zhul). We're far from hardcore with only 9 hours of raiding each week, but I figure it's worth a shot.
