You need to be more specific.
Are you looking for a jungler? AP carry? Or maybe a top laner? Do you like ranged or melee?
I discard AD carries or supports cos they usually don't have self-sustain (that's why they need to be babysit by theior support).
We need to narrow it down to really help you pick one.

b2t: You're looking for a bruiser (renekton, gankplank, irelia, lee and so on). They can build tanky and still deal insane amounts of damage.
