I don't think you can purchase it. I was trying to the other day, buying all the fast cars and seeing which was the fastest, but the Vapid I had to actually look for on the streets (which coincidentally didn't spawn -.-).

Try here, although I found them after completing main story line, not sure how it works for those still working on story. It should be in the parking lot. Occasionally there'll be people driving them around the lot.

Yeah I'm willing to bet that serenka hasn't progressed that far into the game, as they did suddenly start appearing when I completed the game. I also found more cars once I completed the story, that I hadn't seen in the entire time of playing.

So pissed at the moment, and my fingers are sore as hell. I decided to give the triathlons a go. The first one ended in about 2-3 mins, no problem. The second one was 4 mins, again, no problem. The third one though... The swimming alone took 8+ mins, as it was across the Alamo Sea in Blaine Country. Then the biking part takes at least 12-14 mins, as I was at about 22 minutes total when my bike hit a pole and I got instantly wasted.

why people would want to play a vehicle game with keyboard and mouse is beyond me, i always ended up plugging in a controller when i played gta on the pc.

I would imagine most people do too, playing a driving game with a KBM is just full on yuck. I do so hope we get this in the next 6 months.

It's the fact that with PC you can mod the game, get different cars, characters etc.

There's that and I feel like a keyboard gives me tighter control over the vehicle, sharp and exact shifts in direction.
