Does shows all enemy debuffs on players to make dispelling easier?

Nameplates can move, so if you don't want to be chasing them around then I would suggest a good raid frame instead.
Vuhdo, Grid, Grid 2, Healbot being examples.
Seeing ALL debuffs also makes it harder to spot those you can do something about amongst those that you can't.

I've never get much into it, but there is some debuff-display configuration within it. I can only advise to check yourself.
