Not going to lie - I've actually considered it. I do happen to love pizza, and while I'd prefer to own a much more "respectable" restaurant... I'm no chef.

Well, let me give you a potentially very lucrative tip...

Here in my town, there's one pizza restaurant that does something I've never heard anyone offer anywhere else, and they've got tons of returning customers because of it. They offer (using Google Translate for this word; I'm terrible at food-related English words) wholemeal-based pizzas. Completely optional, no extra cost. Some people buy it because they think it's healthy (come on, pizza is never healthy, though I can agree it might be a little bit healthier), others, like me, buy it because it's much more filling than the regular pizza base. Regardless of the reason though, they've got pretty much a monopoly on pizza here in town because of it.
