There will be servers, how many is unknown. When you create your first character on a server that will become your home server mostly for WvWvW purposes. You can freely visit/play on other servers, but changing your home server costs an undetermined amount.

a: I don't think Herbicides have been invented in Tyria.
b: I don't think you have enough Vinegar.
c: Even if Herbicides have been invented, somehow I don't think you'd have enough for 'all the vines in a Jungle.'
d. You wouldn't have enough time to engineer a sprayer that big.
e. Asura are too short to accomplish anything other than finding cheese.
f. What else could you try? Fire? Good luck, you'd prolly burn down that golem, too, and kill a ton of Asura Firemice trying to put it out.

Even if all other problems were solved, I'd still punt you away before you could. Just sayin'.
