Definitely a good site. Of course there are plenty of times when they don't remove the job listing fast enough and you end up either applying somewhere that isn't looking or, in my case, applying somewhere that closed down a year ago and I didn't know it.

I usually find it good to apply then wait two days until I call the business, ask for their hiring manager, and see if the position is still open. Sometimes they will ask if you would like an interview and other times you just get the "we will call you".

I hate the we will call you >.< it never happens or if it does it's during the most inopportune moments.

It is quite annoying. In the beginning I didn't call them as that is how I got my first job, but once I started doing that I finally got an interview and more information as to why I wouldn't be getting the job, which is much better than not ever hearing back.
