Hello, I am Brian. I am looking for officers / and Co-GM to start a top progression guild with. This is going to be a hardcore guild. We will be starting as a 10man guild then hopefully move to 25man by the second raiding tier in MOP. A new guild has no chance of surviving if they start off as a 25man. We will be raiding 5 days a week during progression, 7-11PM EST Sunday-Thursday OR 8-1AM Friday/Saturday with Sunday cleanup (Unsure of which I will be doing). I expect near perfect attendance. World of Warcraft comes first. (But I do understand things do come up you HAVE to attend)
Now, I am looking to recruit a Co-GM and two officers to start this guild with. It is much more likely to survive if two people and officers running the guild. We will be able to discuss strategies, manage recruitment, Exc.. I like the idea of having multiple opinions on the matter, rather than just one. I have a general idea of where I want this guild to be in 6months, one year, ext.. but the specifics I haven’t put too much thought in.
I am looking for members who is planning to have a very lengthy MMO career. We will start tier14 as a 10man guild. Tier15, we will move to 25man. Then, Tier16, we will be shooting for a top 25 US ranking. (Raid times will possibly be extended at this point) I have a general idea how I want loot to work, how the raiding environment will be, but I am open to discussion about anything, and nothing is set in stone.
I am also recruiting a recruitment Officer and Raid Manager(NOT Raid Leader).. Raid Manager is responsible for basically being an information source to the raid, knowing class ability, the newest/latest "Clever use of boss mechanics", analyzing logs, and other various jobs.
Raid Times
Friday/Saturday – 8PM - 1AM EST
Sunday - 8-10?(Maybe) cleanup
OR
Sunday - Thursday - 7:30 - 11 EST
