About Us
Party Girls is a Horde 10-man guild on US Blood Furnace. The server is low population with most of it on the horde side, and is Central US time.

We are a semi-hardcore progression guild with a limited roster(10 players with 1-2 backups).

Progress
Tier 13 - 7/8H
Tier 12 - 7/7H
Tier 11 - 13/13H

We have completed all Glory of the Raider achievements and all first kills were completed during their current tier of progression.

Raid Times
Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday, 8pm-12am server time(US Central).

Monday is reserved as a cleanup day when we push progression, or as the final raid day when we need to reschedule due to absences. Currently it is used to farm Heroic Rag mounts.

Recruitment

TANK!!!!

We have have been haunted with iffy tanks who will ditch us or stop showing up or develop schedule conflicts a week after joining. We are in need of a tank who can make our times and who can keep a high attendance rate.

Looking for Paladin/Warrior ideally.

We are also potentially recruiting a replacement DPS for a MoP raid spot. We are not sure if our members are going to swap toons in the next xpac, but as of now we are looking for a boomkin or possibly an elemental shaman.


Expectations

Attendance
First and foremost we expect you to be on time for almost every raid. We have no problem accommodating the random late shifts or emergencies, but the vast majority of our problems this expansion have come from tanks not showing up and not letting anyone know about it, or transitioning into a schedule that makes them late for 90% of our raids.

We don't expect you to drop everything, but we expect you to not have a chaotic lifestyle or work schedule that would prevent you from maintaining as close to 100% attendance as possible.

Gear
Since we are working on heroic progression, particularly the final boss of this expansion, we expect a decent gear level. Full heroic is not required or expected, you you should at least be close to full 397 gear. LFR has been around long enough that it shouldn't be that difficult to obtain you 4piece as well. Gear will be judged on a case by case basis, but the more the better.

Loot Distribution
We use a DKP system to distribute loot. We are heavily against loot council systems, even with a small group of players who are all friends. DKP keeps it simple, fair, and no hints of favoritism can arise. The exception is now and then we will prioritize tier for certain classes on occasion(example: Tanks received priority this tier to get their 4P).

Experience
Experience in a Heroic progression environment is highly preferred but not required. When applying be sure to list your raiding experience in detail. Regardless of experience you must be an individual capable of quickly grasping mechanics and possess good decision making, especially in clutch situations during progression.

Age
We prefer members to be 18 and older, as general maturity and life schedules have shown to be problems in the past. This is judged on a case by case basis, but if you are under 18 you will need to show us you have the maturity and schedule to be able to raid with us.
