Guild Wars 2, Ultra

Whelp, I made a post about 4 months ago about building a computer for april - I'ma start building it now though. My price range is $1200-$1500, and I haven't built a computer in about 11 years. I'm looking for some advice.

I'm trying to build a computer that can manage newer MMOs on Ultra/highest settings. The primary picks I'm looking at are: Tera, Guild wars 2, Diablo 3. I'm sure there'll be many more in the coming months - years.

The only thing I currently have that will be transfering over is an AMD Radeon HD 6700 series. Everything else is from the ground up. Is what I want in my price range? Do I need to wait a few more weeks to increase that range? and lastly - If it is doable in that price range, what would you suggest?

Things I have: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Sound system. I need everything else. I'm getting a laptop for all of my other needs - school, work, etc. So this is purely a gaming machine.
*edit, I'm also looking at picking up a SSD for games, and using my current Hard drive for movies, required stuff, etc.
