Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

We don't quite have a set team although our tanks and healers don't change too much and we have gotten DW down at least twice before, but per boss debuffs this should be simple, no?
I've looked through the logs and I'm just not sure what went wrong; cds at the wrong times maybe? Due to inconsistent logging I can't compare the wipes with the successes, but in any event, in my estimation, we should not be wiping on this.
Any insights - heals, dps or tanking - would be great. Thanks for your time.
