Football (or soccer, for Americans). It's without doubt THE most popular here.

3. What music genre's are popular?

Well, lots... Metal of various types, folk music and pop. Where I live traditional music from our area is appreciated as well.

4. What is your favorite meal?

That's just too hard to say... But if I had to pick a German dish it would probably be Sauerkraut or varieties of sausage with sweet mustard. I love meat and bacon , but I also love candies/chocolate >_< .... I guess my favorite meal of the day is Lunch... but I enjoy eating before dinner as well, something like whole bread.

5. What is your favorite dessert?

I love Apfelstrudel... just love it because I love Apples, and it's a better version of Apples imo :X

6. Is there anything unique about where you live?

Well.. there's a nudist area on one of our Parks, close to the city centre. I guess, Bavaria as a whole is pretty much the cliché version and stereotyped figure that people think of when they think of Germany (although German culture is really diverse, and different from Bavaria.) Also, everyone from this country (except for Baden-Württemberg, the other southern State) hates us :P

There's corn everywhere, and tankers fly overhead every few minutes. Like, so much that the locals don't actually hear them anymore.

1. What do you do for fun where you live?
Depends, on a weekday - most likely hang out at one of the Bar's near office and play some pool or just catch up with friends. Weekend again varies - if I have project related pressure then most likely not much, just vegetate at home and watch reruns, maybe meet family. If there is no work (which is rare) then I usually go for a drive to a nearby resort town.

Cricket

3. What music genre's are popular?
Cant really comment on what Indian's like in general - I like Rock/Metal mainly. Also oldies from the 60's or 70's. If your question was not about me specifically then I guess it would tend to drift more towards Pop/Hip-Hop and of course Bollywood.

4. What is your favorite meal?
Toss up between Chicken A'la Kiev and Chinese Chopsuey - cant really pick one over the other.

5. What is your favorite dessert?
Blueberry cheesecake. If you meant traditional/local desserts then I would go with Jalebi - please don't ask what that is.

6. Is there anything unique about where you live?
I'm from Bangalore - before it became the second silicon valley it was famous for its Coffee plantations. The coffee here is amazing - yes I'm an addict. Other than that nothing particularly stands out to me.

What I do? Well, biking mostly when I'm not in front of the computer gaming.

Just about anything. Rap, Techno, Metal, Pop... I myself like all kinds of Metal and Punk the most.

Kaiserschmarrn (cut-up and sugared pancake with raisins). Some would argue that it's a dessert rather than a meal, but for me it's most definitely a meal, since I eat it until I'm full (and beyond).

Well, I myself live in the Ruhr area, a metropolis consisting of several smaller cities, none of which exceeds half a million inhabitants (at least not by much), but are all connected with each other with excellent infrastructure (highways and railroads) and together break the 5 million mark pretty easily. The Ruhr area is popular for it's former coal and steel industry and has now for several decades struggling to maintain it's economic importance by undergoing structural changes. For the most part somewhat successful at that, but there are examples of failed attempts, too.

Most people around here seem to go to bars and watch sports. Many also seem to be into fishing and hunting. I'm not into any of that, and I prefer to go to a nice chill pub and have some drinks with friends, or go for a hike/walk in nature, or maybe kayaking.

American Football, I think.

Probably pop, rock, country, rap, hip hop, r&b, alternative.

Watching corn grow is very exciting. You should try it. It's like when you look at it nothing happens then you go to sleep and it grows so it's obvious that someone thought "what if you watch it all the time, will it stop growing or go out of the ground and choke you so it can grow again?" and as such the tradition of corn growing watchers appeared. That's why they put scarecrows in the fields, to scare the corn. True story.
