[H] Inspire - Hardcore 10man guild [4/8 HC] looking for mergers+healer/tank

Currently on the lookout for groups of people with the same mindset as us for a potential merger to get the 25 man raids going.

About us:
Inspire is an idea that formed as a collective decision to raid on the top level, made by a group of players who know that the only way to achieve that is through hard work, dedication and persistance. We come from different backgrounds, started playing at different times, but we have all been hardcore at one point and are determined to remain so. Now we have transferred to Haomarush, and our new history is in the making.

Aspirations:
Our goal is pure and simple, we are here to raid at the very top level. To do this, our primary objective is to ensure that the new members have the same mindset as those already present. That is, to view this game competitively, as we believe the format of the game leads us directly into competiton, be it fighting for realm first or getting arena/rbg rankings. Once in that mindset, working hard in order to achieve will come naturally. And building a guild out of such members is our goal.

Apart from raiding, we are equally interested in competitive PvP, with multiple arena teams and a rated BG team. In addition, Achievement completion is a priority for the guild, we will have raid days in the off season which will be dedicated to getting achievements done.

Finally, we wish to bring life back to this server. Some of us come from Outland so we know the difference between the population and we hope to reverse the trend of people leaving.
We believe that it is only possible if the server becomes known. And we hope that we can bring it such fame. Equally, we will try to keep things interesting here, organizing realm events, including pvp competitions, random tournaments with prizes and other 'social entertainment'.

Requirements: we recruit our members based on two criterias

Attendance: The most basic element in raiding, We require 100% attendance during progress.
Performance: In the end of the day were here to kill bosses, therefore we will always make sure to only keep the best players around.

Raiding Schedule:
We believe that a 5 day raiding schedule during progression is the most rewarding amount to invest. Primarily because as a hardcore guild, once progression is over,
we will minimize our raiding schedule thus saving time in the long run and allow the guild to focus on other priorities, such as achievements. It does however, provide sufficient time investment
to allow for competitve progression, whilst retaining weekends for social activity outside of WoW.

Keeping up the streak with warlord going down in a raid, 5/8 hc now! Still looking for a healer and a tank
