Some kids in a texas school won their basketball game and chanted "USA USA USA"*
They were then banned for being racist, since most the kids on the enemy team are minorities. Have they forgotten which damn country they live in? Even the school apologized for being racist. The kids chanting" USA" got banned from the finals too.
I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

why were they chanting USA USA USA when they playing another USA team, i thought the chant was for when you beat a non-usa team. anyway, don't really see how its racist lol.

Don't see how it is racist? even if its being played by minority teams, its still not racist as the minorities are also americans. it would be one thing if they chanted white white or something along the line, but this is not racist at all.

So... are they trying to say the kids chanting USA were indicating that the "minority" team is not part of the US/not deserving to be in the US or something?
Sounds more to me like just a bunch of excited kids chanting with no real direction behind it. Didn't seem to indicate that they were rubbing it in the other teams faces or anything. Perhaps there's more to the story that's not in the article.
