I confuse about Tailoring(Lightweave Embroidery), How much average INT I can get from it?

Improved Soul Fire and Decimation have graphic proc like Molten Core or not?

Lightweave Embroidery procs for 580 Int for 15 seconds with a 60 second internal cooldown. Assuming you get a proc every 60-75 seconds, this works out to between an average of 115-145 static Int.
