The CPU loads? Try it out :P I've just had the cpu's to do the monitoring and I've never seen the numbers going higher than I listed. That techpost benchmark used a 580 which isn't hard to fill really. Also my statement was just theoretically an i7 compared to an i5. With HT enabled the performance seems to be even lower in BF3 according to this article with 2 680's in SLI, don't ask me why.
Some other benchmarks, here's a major difference when playing on medium settings which is attractive for me as a 120Hz gamer but on ultra settings there's just no difference in terms of performance. As you see BF3 takes in that situation advantage of more threads.
@Del How did they survive your killer fans? :P
There was a couple of the skinny leg spiders in my girlfriends PC the other day when I put some fans in. A cheap case full of holes they can creep in anywhere!
Holy shit. Just got in from work and there's a little midge dead in the middle of my screen. It's stuck and I can't get it out. Looks like a black smudge of dead pixels right in the middle.
I don't mind spiders inside my tower, but a midge inside my monitor! D:

Thunder fly? or Storm fly? That's another word for it I think. They're amazingly small and can crawl inside the monitor. I've got a dead one smack bang in the middle of my DellU2713HM and it's the most annoying thing ever.
Got in from work last night and when I booted up it was there. Going to give Dell a ring and see if I can RMA it as a bunch of dead pixels. I only bought it 9 months ago so I hopefully am still in warranty!
Quick youtube and apparently they're "Thrips" too. Here's a video of one crawling inside someones monitor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--3i9aYrBos
