Given that my own Alliance Shaman is a male Dwarf, I'm partial to those. However, I like Draenei too.

Dwarf, hands down. I was very close to leveling one when Cata first came out. I eventually went goblin because all my other toons were horde, but male dwarf shamans do look pretty badass.

i would say female Dwarf. I tought about racechange my Draenei for a while but then i saw the casting animation. I didnt like it so i stayed Draenei..
If you dont mind go for Dwarf. Dwarfs are cool especially the females... playinga Female Dwarfs make you kinda unique

For resto or elemental I'd go with a female Spacegoat. For enhancement I'd go with a male Dwarf.
