The exact wording they used in the second response was:
You have been observed making use of a speed hack
You can ask them who observed it, when, and what method the observer used to determine it was a speed hack. This doesn't sound like any actual investigation took place. Someone probably reported you maliciously after you handed him his ass in PvP, and they're going entirely off of that. CSRs are human, and humans can be lazy.

You cannot prove a negative. The burden of proof is on them. If they will not pony up the proof, escalate until you get satisfaction.

Or you really did speed hack and this whole thread is a sham.
^ The above should be taken with two grains of salt and a fistful of "chill the F* out".

They're not going to tell him who reported him. Do the police tell criminals who grassed on them? (OK, bad analogy, but you get the idea).

Bioware don't have to prove anything. It's their game, they can decide who plays and who doesn't.

OP: By all means escalate (do it politely or you'll just get short shrift from whoever handles it), but do not expect to be told who reported you or how Bioware came to the conclusion that they did.
