    Base your cat's name on her personality, something endearing. A "pop culture name" isn't a good idea, in my opinion, because cats significantly outlive any relevance to pop culture references.

    My kitties were named after Romulus and Remus, the Roman brothers. Why not name her something classy and recognizable without being... cute and "bubblegummy."

    She definitely looks like an Athena, to me.
