Ulduar Lockout Glitch

So I have been experiencing this glitch for months now. Whenever I do Ulduar and kill a few bosses and then allow it to soft or hard reset, and then attempt to reenter the instance, I get a error saying "You are ineligible to participate in atleast one encounter in this instance because you are already locked to in instance which it has been defeated." The only person in the group in my level 10 on another account, so no one is saved other than me obviously. I do not know what to do to stop it from doing this to me each week I try to solo Ulduar.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, and/or know of a way to stop this from happening?

I soloed up to Freya but it was late at night at that point so I went to bed. After I got back on, I couldn't reenter. This happens to me every time I do Ulduar.

I know it happens when you kill the three elders without killing freya. Look here

/sigh well this is vexing. But I have had this happen to me ever when I only killed XT.
