I've heard other speeches by him where for example cross-state environmental damages would preferably be handled somehow between those two states, but that if that's not feasible then the Federal Government should step in.

Capitalism only works when businesses compete to increase quality. When you only have a handful of enormous corporations controlling food, energy, and who gets elected, then Capitalism really isn't working.

the enormous amount of regulation has made it so that little companies can not compete with the big companies anymore. Just heard an interview of Bernie Marcus the co founder home depot and he mentions he could not do what they did in the '70's now because of regulatory laws like Sarbanes-Oxley.
