Tidy plates threat plates issue

So Im trying to use tidy plates threat plates for their hide totem healthbar option, but it seems like threat plates doesn't even take any effect. Only my tidy plates configuration are working. Does anyone else have this issue? these are the version im using:

tidy plates 6.5.7
tidy plates threat plates 5.4

Unless anyone else knows of an addon where it disables the health bar of enemy totems and shows the totem icon only. only reason im using threat plates anyway is for that function.
