Anyone else having issues with Total War:Shogun 2?

Hey, I've had this game a while now and every so often it crashes for some odd reason and I haven't figured out why, but recently it's been crashing after or during every battle which makes it a pain to play. I was wondering whether anyone else had these issues or whether it was just my computer being rubbish.

looks like a memory issue. Check it with a mem-test.

I'm assuming it's V-RAM issues as 4GB seems like a decent amount of RAM to me. Thanks for the advice!
