For aesthetics, I like WoW the most. The aesthetics In that game just keeps on trying to pull me back Into resubbing.
For graphical quality I would say Witcher 2. Mostly because I havn't played Metro 2033. But the Witcher 2 looks so amazing. Also very well coded, I ran It on a 6870 on almost max and I got a smooth frame rate.

I loved the look, feel and scale of Skyrim. I felt it was beautiful and I think Metal Gear Solid 4 still looks amazing.
