AoA is a structured adult (18 and older) 25 man content Hard-Core 3 night a week raiding guild, formed in 2007. The Guild is kept small by design, never more than 40 people on the roster at one time. We have always focused on raiding as efficient as possible with minimal hours/days spent. We are looking for like minded players that have the drive to succeed and are ready to push the guild further in progression.
Currently we are 8/8 Heroic 25 man DS
■ The kind of players that we are looking for are no different than the top guilds that raid 5 days a week, besides the simple fact that we only want to raid 3. Longevity is what we are looking for. Players that want to be part of a team and willing to adjust as the game changes. If you are competent and skilled and would like to push end game content 3 nights a week, we are the guild for you.

Considering most classes and specs
We are full on monks.
High demand for any ranged dps (especially warlocks).
We require that you have at least one alt you are capable of playing just as well as your main and be willing to invest time in it.
If you think you can beat our current players put up an application. We raid the best players we can.
■ Minimum Requirements to be considered
397 ilvl
5/8 Heroic experience.
If you have previous raiding experience and have taken a break for DS we will still consider you.
Raid Spots are not guaranteed, They are earned.

Recruitment is open to ALL classes/players that have the ability to compete / out perform our current roster. Players that like to raid at night are a minority, if you are one of them and tired of wasting time, then we are what your looking for. Our goal is to put this guild in the top 500 and stay up there. The leadership/dedication is there. the amount of content cleared to the number of hours put in is great. we just need you!!!!!
P.S. All number crunching log/spec browsing freaks with fast reflexes are welcome!!!!
■ Our main focus is survivability. We are interested in players that have the ability to see new fights and adjust fast. A player that dies or takes excessive damage is a liability and will not make the cut.
■ Loot distribution
If getting new loot is your main focus in raiding then this is not the guild for you.
The main goal of this guild is to kill new and challenging content.
We currently use a silent bid dkp system based on a current player's rank. (subject to change for new xpac)
