Can addons such as TurnIn/TurnInEverything/Blitz which automatically accepts quests, turns in quests and automatically choose a reward from the quest get you banned?
I was thinking about getting some for Mist of Pandaria but would like to know first.

Doubtful since that functionality has been there for a while, and unless blizzard see what they deem inappropriate misuse, anything a macro/addon can do is deemed fair.
AVR was a classic example since it trivialised several encounters in allowing the pretty accurate representation and positioning of several raid mechanics which otherwise could not be seen by the players. Don't believe players were banned, but blizzard took action to neuter the addon.
Personally I would go with highlighting of a quest reward by vendor value rather than an automatic choice to be on the safe side.
