Writing a letter by itself, help!

So, a few minutes ago while I was trying to type something, all of a sudden a bunch of + started to appear.
It happened to me before sometimes because the key could get stuck on the keyboard and just unstuck it and problem solved.
But now, that doesn't help. I tried if maybe it's something with the keyboard(Razer BlackWidow btw) so I used my old rusty one to try if it would solve the problem but still the "++++++++++++++++++++++" appear anywhere they can(search box, google, notepad,...).

It's very annoying and I can't do anything now. >.<

Have you restarted since you swapped out the keyboard?
