Bears and Heroic Wrath of Unchaining

I'm not a bear tank so I don't have much experience here, but is heroic Wrath of Unchaining BiS for bears? I'm going to assume the stam trinkets are for Madness, but just wondering about what the generally accepted BiS bear trinkets are?

It def. is unless you absolutely need the extra stam. The extra agility from this trinket is gonna give you better savage defense procs, more dmg and more crit.

Tanks, i mean decent tanks, usually keep a handful of trinkets and swap them around depending of the fights' needs.
Hc Wrath should definitively be considered for most fights.

It's good to have a variety of trinkets on hand, but with the 20% nerf I don't think it's necessary to stack stam anymore. The Heroic Wrath of the Unchaining is one of the BiS trinkets for bears for general usage.
