You dont "need" to exercise to lose weight, you can do so just by eating healthy. Exercising just makes the weight fall off quicker.. Cardio anyway, you wont lose so much weight just by lifting.

    I've never drank regular coke...EVER...

I've always only ever had the 0 sugar one. The full sugar coke use to make my asthma play up when I was really young (well, the very few times I had it as a kid), so my parents stopped buying it and only bought the diet versions....never had any issue with the diet version....never had full sugar soft-drinks in like 15+ years.

i wouldnt call the industry a scam since everyone's body and metabolism is different like you mentioned... I am an ectomorph with high metabolism and small appetite. A lot of people would say I'm gifted but if anything it's worse than being fat for a guy imo

I mentioned lifting, because now that I've got a good eating plan down (that giving me definition in my stomach with zero exerciselol) I reckon if I start lifting I could start getting more defintion and gain weight back in muscles mass.

This isn't new... If you eat healthy like you do, you always lose weight... Excercise has never been the number 1 factor in getting into shape.

Eating healthy, eating less per meal and more meals a day makes you lose weight hella fast.

Muscle weight more than fat. no exercise means that your muscles are going away. meaning you loose weight. I have the same thing, if i exercise i gain weight, if i don't i loose. its all about how your body function, its not something that works for everyone.

Anyway, i really doubt that your stomach was flabby considering your height vs weight.

    Nope.

Im eating more than I was before. As as said...my eating is unlimited...I can have ALL the lean meats/seasfood/eggs/vegetables I want... I literally eat 2 steaks for breakfast, 1 whole salmon for launch, some canned tuna's during the day...and then for dinner have a 2-3 large pieces of chicken breast. With all the vegetables I want on-top.

Actually, according to bodybuilder websites...doing cardio reduces your muscle mass...

You can lose weight and still be in bad shape. Working out improves your overall health and physical capability.

This diet you're on was quite popular for my area about 3-4 years ago. It kind of died down when it was found out that these high protein diets make your heart works super hard due to lack of carbs and will result in higher heart attack rates. I'm no nutritional expert, but it's worth looking into to asses your risks.

I feel my body was working 10 times harder when I was on a heavy bread/flour diet.

I feel much healthier since being so much protein now. Remember all the protein I have is lean....I strip all the fat off the steak I eat...all of it....I remove all skin from chickens.....For example when I get mince-meat...it's the lean one...not the one thats like 40% fat. All the meat I eat is lean. And the fish I have...salmon/tuna/snapper...all 0 fat.

I never feel bloated....I always feel good eating this way. When I eat breads/etc I feel like shit/rundown. So I somehow don't think eating breads is good for me considering how shit it makes me feel...especially when eating this way with all the meats makes me feel really light/energetic/happy.

My great-grand parents ate meats/seafoods all their lives (from a fishing village in greece) and they lived until their mid 90s....so something tells me Im going to be fine. (and they all drank/smoked...which I do neither of)

What you're doing is called a Keto diet, and although it works, there are risks associated with it. It's also not a good diet if you do want to work out or do sports, you need carbs for endurance. The lack of carbs puts your body into Ketosis so you burn fat, but to do it long term you also need some dietary supplements...

see a lot more info here if interested: http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/

Aye, as others have said, start working out again. The only thing on par with uber-fat in level of unsexiness, is skinny-fat... at least when it comes down to weight levels.

    Why the hateful comment?

Are you one of those people who avoid doing anything that isn't the "general standard" (thats keeping 60%+ of the west overweight/obese) and say anything that isn't the "standard diet" gives you cancer/heartattacks/kills your puppies.

Imo - Stop believing everything you're told by these "experts" who are keeping the majority of the west obese.

As I said...my great-grand parents lived till their mid 90s and only ate meats/seafoods their whole lives....thats all they had to eat since they lived in a rural fishing village.....they didn't do any excercise besides fishing or looking after the family. And they all smoked/drank alcohol...which I do neither of. My grand-parents are in their 75-85's of age and still moving around fine no heart issues with them either.

So I think I'll be fine. And I think me eating this is healthier than eating other foods that make me feel like absolute SHIT. (Just because Mr doctors associations keeping people fat says I should)

Ahhh the good old Atkin's no-carb diet, except that it was found to be extremely unhealthy for your overall health. The "eat all you want" line drew a lot of people who didn't like dieting. I knew lots of people who lost 10-20 pounds on the Atkin's diet and ended up with high cholesterol and other cardiovascular problems.

As someone who had a hard time dieting before... stick with working out. Do longer work outs with lots of cardiovascular exercise. Don't like jogging? Power walk. If you like to get outside, go hiking a lot. If not, use a walking machine and set the incline at a nice slope and just walk for a couple of hours. A common misconception is that you need to jog to get any progress. Mix in some weights and do high reps. You may not lose much weight... or any at all for awhile, but you definitely begin to notice yourself getting slimmer, and you will be all the healthier for it.

This style of diet became popular, but it phased out. More traditional diets and workout regiments have stuck around for awhile. Why? Because they are just the best thing for you. Diets high in protein often lead to kidney problems later in life, much like how alcoholism takes a toll on your liver, and diets high in carbs and sugars can lead to diabetes.

I actually started out by dieting down my weight, eating very little, and then after I'd lost a lot of weight to make working out easier, eased into working out. I didn't lose much weight, and in fact gained a little at the start, but after awhile I began losing weight again. However every day I noticed that I was looking more toned and slim despite not losing weight. Weight is a silly measurement by which to judge fitness. Just because you're not losing weight, doesn't mean you're not slimming up.

I was doing 50-100klm's per day on my push-bike for months on end...and I wasn't losing body-fat. Since I stopped that riding and started using my car and eating this way I am actually getting really good definition and losing flab. Consistent flab even with riding everyday all those kilometers...it's just like the bodybuilders say....cardio = say goodbye to your muscles / there for you need less calories to eat /therefore if you eat a little more you'll actually gain back in fat instead of muscle.
