Jewelcrafting+Alchemy+Enchanting

I have 2 characters and I would like to leveling professions.
There are 2 options.

1.First character is Jewelcrafting+Alchemy and second character is Enchanting+other.

or

2.First character is Jewelcrafting+Enchanting and second character is Alchemy+other.

Which one is best choice and Why?

If you are going to craft jewelry for disenchanting then option 2 is by far the best. That is a way bigger volume of stuff interacting between jewelcrafting and enchanting than those few transmutes between jewelcrafting and alchemy will ever be.
