    My squad raids with:
    Bear tank, boomer OS
Arms warrior, prot OS for 2 tank fights
Holy pala, with retri for 2 heal fights
    Resto druid
    Disc priest, shadow lolspec
    Boomkin (me)
    Mage
2 Rogues atm (we used to have a warlock before the second rogue joined)
    Elemental shaman

Our group has never reached a boss which gave us difficulties due to our raid comp. We emphasize more on bringing people that know their stuff, and like to joke around on mumble during farm (srs bsns can gtfo). We have had heroic DS on farm for 5 weeks i believe, and had very steady progression after our christmas break and till we killed dumbwing.

    Conclusion:
Don't bring a specific class, or someone who has more purples than the rest. Bring the player you know will do well, and fits well within the group synergy

As tanks you want DK and Feral (pref a bearcat). They are really OP in T13 content.
As healer you want Holy Paladin and Shaman (though Rdruid works great too. Just don't take Disc/Holypriest because they suck at Spine and Madness HC)
For dps you want the 0815 setup: 2 melees, 4 ranged

    So, for you perfect setup:
    1 DK-Tank
    1 Bearcat
    1 Holypaladin
    1 Resto shaman
    1 Moonkin (Warlock works too)
    1 Mage
    1 Shadow
    1 Hunter
    1 Rogue
    1 Warrior (Arms)

I'm a Paladin and I will play with a friend who is Chaman.

Thank for your answers and good game!
    Blood DK (DPS OS)
    Bear Druid

    Rogue
    Arms Warrior (Prot OS)

    Mage
Boomkin/Warlock (Warlock ideally if your Mage is good) (If Boomkin Resto OS)
    Hunter

    Resto Shaman (Ele OS)
    Holy Paladin (Prot OS)
    Disc Priest (Shadow OS)

This would be my ideal 10 man setup assuming Legendaries included!

That would be my setup as well except I'd swap the warrior for a ret which would allow your mage to go fire (3% raid dmg buff from the ret.)

You should prolly not use the same as us at least^^. What we used during progression was 3x priest, 3x shaman, 2x druid, , 1x mage, 1x rogue (prot pala and a dps warrior aswell.). Still can't believe we didn't have a better one

OnT though, almost all setups works in 10man. Raiding with people you enjoy raiding with is what I prefer over a perfect setup.
