<Avarice> Recruiting Members for MoP Raid Roster

<Avarice> is a group of top raiders that have recently come back to the game and plan to build an elite 10 or 25 guild on the Undermine server. We had quit back in December with 6/8 heroic content experience about a month into Dragon Soul. We have rerolled on Undermine and are currently recruiting high quality raiders to fill out a solid core and will be working to wrap up progression before the release of Mists of Pandaria. Moving forward we have aims of staying a server first, tight-knit group while continuing to push for rankings. We are currently a 10 man guild but would like to grow into a high-end 25 man guild to be ready to push rankings in MoP. We will not recruit and bench people, but we do ask that you bear with having a rotation while we build up to a 25 man guild with a preferred ~30 strong active raiding roster.

What We Offer:
A close group of people to progress through high end content with. We have a huge amount of experience with guild leading and server 1st progression. If you’re looking for a team environment and a place to form bonds with people who raid seriously while still keeping our laid back and fun attitudes then <Avarice> is the place for you. Most importantly, while pushing to be the best we cannot stress enough the importance we put in building a better community for players within the guild and the server as a whole. We feel that with the emergence in popularity of wanting to rank, too much has been lost on “the becoming a solid, stable team with member longevity and in-game family that watches out for each other” aspect of the game. In short, we will not only be striving to be a guild that ranks, but also puts its members' well being and guild reputation above all else. We plan to be a very active guild even on nights when raids aren't scheduled by taking part in competitive pvp and pursuing achievements and server wide events as a guild. Participation in our voice server is strongly encouraged even when not in game. Most of our current members are in their 20s and our conversation topics can range from sports to crazy sexual encounter stories. That being said, this is not a guild for those who are easily offended by crude language and humor. We're just a group of people that want to be the best while not losing who we are and the bonds we form over slaying internet monsters and nightly Dr. Phil sessions. We can guarantee you an experience on a whole new level or bring back "the good old days when we stayed up until 5am just hanging out in vent after tearing right though a raid instance."

Current Needs:

All exceptional players who are interested and skilled at their class should contact us. We have a skilled core of players that have come back and find ourselves wanting to add numbers and depth to our roster for 25s. We are looking for people who can meet our raid times and instead of some bs percentage that most guilds ask you to have we just want to stress that we want active players because we do not want to bench players due to over recruiting due to sketchy attendance. Our other requirement is that you have an extremely high raid awareness (ie. you do not stand in fire, you run out of the group when you have an arrow on your head, you don't fail at the Safety Dance). We will understand that people make mistakes but if you fail on a constant basis then your raid spot cannot be guaranteed. Gear is not a factor at the moment, so if you have an alt you have been wanting to reroll for MoP this is the perfect opportunity to jump on and progress through heroic DS with it, but please do not apply in greens and expect to raid on your first night before putting the effort to gear yourself up decently. Also be sure you can provide us either during the interview process with your knowledge about endgame content or through something more concrete like logs, achievement links, and referrals. Please do not be afraid to apply or ask questions. Raid Times:
● Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
7:30 pm PST - 11:30 PST
● We may also utilize one or two extra nights likely Sunday or Monday which will not be made mandatory but there for those who can commit to push for progression starting in MoP.

As mentioned we have 6/8 heroic experience pre-nerf in Dragonsoul and we are looking for players who are looking to be in an extremely tight knit server first guild.
