Tera Account Creation Problem

I'm having problems creating an account for Tera. When I'm done entering all my information when signing up, I don't get any confirmation email or anything. I'm using a Hotmail account and I have cookies and JavaScript enabled like they want. Of course I can't contact support or ask a question on their website because you have to have a account to do so. I have waited for a email for a while now and tried signing up multiple times. Has anyone else been having this problem or know how to fix it? I'm not getting any answers back from anyone else.

I'm having the same exact problem =/ I wanted to make an account to try the open beta but can't because of that problem...

Yeah, it's pretty lame. But it says the game is suppose to release May 1st so I guess I'll wait till then and see if it launches with a trial; I doubt it will be free-to-play.
