PHOBIA 10 man 8/8 Dragon Soul Heroic recruiting all classes for Mists of Pandaria
Who are we and what do we do?
We are the current number one guild on Skullcrusher EU and we are looking to recruit most DPS classes and some healer classes to help maintain that spot when entering Mists of Pandaria we are not taking any tank applications at the moment unfortunantly. We are looking for dedicated players who know their class inside out and have the determination to progress through the latest content without being elitist or causing drama!
Our core members are all in their mid twenties to early thirties and we aim to raid at later times suitable for people with family and work commitments.
We currently run one 10 man group that has cleared all heroic mode content in dragon soul and are currently farming it once per week. With an Alt run going sometimes.
The core of the guild is made up of past officers and members of the guild "AfterHours", which was a very well known 25 man raiding guild on skullcrusher and very much respected for their past achievements in TBC and WOTLK, having cleared everything WOTLK had to offer in our smaller 10 man raids and some solid progression in our 25 man raids, the guild sadly disbanded due to multiple members leaving four months before the end of the expansion due to "raid burn out syndrome". The last officers of the guild decided that they enjoyed the more relaxed approach 10 man raiding offered, and hence have re-formed for cataclysm under our new nomenclature "PHOBIA".
We do not class ourselves to be a hardcore raiding guild, however we don't neccessarily fit the tag of a casual guild either. We believe we have found the "sweet spot" in between where we are able to defeat pretty much any encounter thrown at us but in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere.
Our key focus is to enjoy and defeat the hardest content available at 10 man level.
Our raid times are intended to be friendly to those that have work and/or families.
Our raids are scheduled to begin at 22:00 CEST (skullcrusher-EU server time) with invites at around 21:45 CEST. By that we mean that at 22:00 we expect to ALL be in the instance and making the first pull of the night.
We would also consider people who are seriously thinking about rerolling Windwalker or Mistweaver monks in the next expansion but you would have to really convince us that you could level quickly and be ready to raid as soon as possible once the expansion hits. You would also have to prove that you understand how the new class works for your spec and possibly an offspec.
What we can offer you and what we look for in trials.
We can offer you a fun and entertaining raiding experience with very experienced raid leaders and members who have raided since vanilla. No drama and the oppertunity to see all the latest PvE content the game has to offer in a relaxed atmosphere. We expect all of our trials to be able to attend all raids or be available for all raids whilst on trial and to supply their own repairs, flasks, pots and food buffs.
