(Not sure if this forum or the other was correct, so I'm dropping this is both)
I bought a prebuilt "custom" pc from Cyberpower a few months ago then got really into upgrading it. Only original parts on it are CPU, PSU, and Storage drive (was main HDD) Right now I'm running:
Case: CM Elite 430 (Soon to be NZXT Switch 810)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97
Power Supply: Xtreme Gear 600w (Soon to be ???)
Processor: AMD FX-6100 4.4Ghz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80
Memory: GSkill Ripjaws Z 16GB 2133
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 560ti
Hard Drive: Crucial M4 128GB
Storage Drive: Seagate 1TB 7200 RPM
At some point in the next few weeks I want to get the Switch 810 and a new PSU, I want PLENTY of headroom for upgrades so i was thinking of something in the range of 850-1000w. I know Corsair and Seasonic are the "best" but is there any others I should look for? I found the NZXT Hale90 series, which I read are just rebranded Seasonics. At $209 the 1000w version seems like a great buy, especially for a Gold certified.
