Heroic Spine Silent Nerf?

I never payed attention to the tendon cast timer before since I've always tanked the fight, but the burning tendon casts on Heroic Spine are now 23 seconds. Can anyone confirm that this isn't the same amount of cast time as before, and if so that they've seen the 23 second cast too?

It's always been 23 sec but it's never been attackable for more than 20sec.

Oh okay. Thanks for clarification. Thought they had pulled out a t12 silent nerf.

It's the same as normal, I'm in the middle of heroic spine as we speak and it feels normal to me.
