    Error retrieving order information. Try again?

    I'm from the UK and I get this error whenever trying to pre-purchase. I've seen threads regarding this error, and people have been saying that pre-purchase isn't live yet, but these threads were dated around 2-3 weeks ago, so surely it's live now?

    I would appreciate any help.

    I too have this problem, found a fix yet?
    Do it because you want to, not because you have to.
