Fix my dps!

hey guys, just starting my warlock and I know I don't have the best gear, but for the 379 item level I should be doing more than 23.4k on Ultraxion in LFR. Or maybe I'm just trying to expect too much after raiding for so long on my rogue. Any tips or Pointers?

Rotation is
SB -> CoE -> Haunt -> UA -> Corruption -> Curse of Doom -> Shadow Bolt Fill
*Refresh dots at <3 sec*
Drain Soul at >25% hp

Missing 2 glyphs, missing 2 enchants. Replace the enchant on your wep with Power Torrent, replace your helm. You should gem straight intellect unless the bonus is 20int or more, get rid of those pvp pants, replace soul casket if you can, you're under the hit cap, it should be 17%..

That is all I can see, I'll let the warlock experts take over.
