Game Controller - DCUO

at first my right analog stick was kinda inverted, right was down and left was up, but now the left analog stick seems to be stuck to the upper left, but only on DCUO, anyone know how to fix this?

there is no way in-game to bind the keys, i've configured the controls from the launcher atleast 20 times with no luck.
